    You authorize Ordis via Stripe Connect OAuth. Takes 2 minutes. You keep full control of your Stripe account.

    Go live

    Your products appear in the curated catalog. You handle shipping and returns. We handle the buyer relationship.

The ~18% estimate applies to products priced around $50 or more. For lower-priced items, Stripe's fixed $0.30 charge makes the effective percentage somewhat higher. No monthly fees. No listing fees. No minimum sales volume.

What we require

Vetting is what makes your product worth more on our platform. Every vendor meets these three criteria — no exceptions.

  • US warehouse

    Inventory stored in the United States. Domestic shipping only — no direct international fulfillment to buyers.

  • FCC compliance (where applicable)

    Electronic or wireless devices must carry the appropriate FCC certification. Non-electronic products (mechanical accessories, kitchenware, etc.) are assessed case by case.

  • Active return policy

    A published, enforced return policy with a minimum 30-day window from delivery.

When something goes wrong

You handle shipping, returns, and customer support — that's what direct charges mean. But you're not alone. If a buyer escalates an issue to Ordis, we mediate: we contact you within 24 business hours, give you 48 hours to respond, and work toward a resolution before anything becomes a Stripe dispute.

Vendors who do not resolve escalated issues are suspended from the catalog until the case closes. Repeated or fraudulent issues result in permanent removal.
