Privacy Policy

This policy describes how Ordis Automata LLC ("Ordis," "we") handles information on store.ordisautomata.com. We've written it in plain language on purpose.

What we collect

Email address— only if you subscribe to our newsletter or download a guide (like the Robot Mower Buyer's Checklist). We store it securely with Supabase and send email through Resend. We record which form you used, so we know what you signed up for.

Analytics — we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how people use the site: pages visited, approximate location (city level), device type, and how you arrived. GA4 sets cookies for this. We do not see your name or exact address in analytics data.

Purchase information — when checkout is available, payments are processed by Stripe. Card details go to Stripe directly; we never store your card number on our servers.

What we do with it

We use your email to send what you asked for — guides, updates, product news from Picked by Ordis. We use analytics to improve the site. That's it.

What we don't do

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your email with the brands we review or list. Editorial coverage is never informed by subscriber data.

Third-party services

We rely on: Supabase (database hosting), Resend (email delivery), Google Analytics (analytics), Vercel (site hosting), and Stripe (payments, when active). Each processes data under its own privacy policy.

Your choices

Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link that works immediately. You can also email ordis@ordisautomata.com to ask what we have about you, or ask us to delete it — we'll do so within 30 days. You can block cookies in your browser; the site works without them.

Children

This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes
